COMPANY POLICIES

COMMUNICATION

M&M Interior Redesign will do its best to manage your time line by responding within 24 hrs to all communication with the exception of weekends and after 5pm on weekdays. We ask the client to also respond within 24 hrs of a communication to avoid delays.

PAYMENT & FEES

Unless otherwise stated, M&M’s fees are project specific and an estimate will be provided before the start of any project. In order to initiate a project and retain M&M services, a 50% deposit is required before any work begins. The remaining balance is required once project is completed. All proposals and invoices will be sent by email for payment made directly online. A transaction fee is charged for online payments and checks are accepted made out to ‘M&M Interior Redesign’.

BUDGET

To make sure that M&M Interior Redesign is serving you to the best of our ability, we will not begin a project until a budget has been agreed upon. Please note any scope or timing changes may increase the budget.

SOURCING

M&M Interior Redesign will not order any item without client approval. You can expect to receive request of approval in the form of a proposal and all purchasing costs must be paid upfront.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

For items sourced and purchased through M&M Interior Redesign you can expect us to handle ordering, freight, delivery, installation and any returns or repairs due to damaged items or customer service issues. For this service there is a 15% shipping and handling fee applied to all orders. The client will be responsible for shipping issues if they purchase items on their own.

CLIENT RETURNS

Should the client request to return any merchandise purchased through M&M Interior Redesign for reasons other than damage, a restocking fee equal to 25% of the cost is required plus the cost of freight to return the item to the vendor. All returns will require original packaging and all merchandise must be unused and undamaged. Should the original packaging not be suitable or available to return the merchandise, the client will incur the cost to adequately ship the merchandise without being damaged.

*Custom Merchandise is non-refundable and all sales of custom merchandise are final.
